What Up Dogs.
I was born in Birmingham to a playwright and a horse transporter and grew up in Lichfield in Staffordshire. The grand daughter of two Olympic show jumpers (from different teams!), I have family across the UK and the US. As a child, I worked for BBC Radio Birmingham playing sickly children generally on daytime dramas and afternoon plays and went on to play Izzy Blake on The Archers for six years. |
I trained with various youth theatres, got my BA (hons) in Musical Theatre from Mountview and since, I have worked extensively as an Actor, Singer, Voice Artist and Creative Practitioner in all areas of the industry.
I was nominated for an Offie in 2016 and went on to win Best Performance two years running at Birmingham Fest. |
I'm a passionate educator and work extensively with West End In Schools on their drama and dance workshops in primary schools across the UK.
I spent Summer 2020 aiding the development of a new workshop inspired by the "Recovery Curriculum" to help primary-aged children process the COVID-19 pandemic and their new "normal". |
I'm a shameless adrenaline junkie and spend most of my free time hiking, cycling, kayaking or rock climbing. I’m an inept if passionate gamer, I chase zombies with an airsoft gun as a side hustle, can swing a sword and ride a horse side saddle.
I live in North London with my tiny terrier Tawni. According to Quentin Letts I honk terrifically... |
